What Is Vaginismus?

Vaginismus is the involuntary tightening of the pelvic floor muscles, your body’s automatic reaction to the fear or anticipation of penetration. This can make penetration difficult or uncomfortable, whether it’s with a finger, a tampon, a menstrual cup, a penis, or even during a gynecological exam.

Step 1: Screening Consult
You will have a 35 minute consultation with a therapist trained in managing vaginismus. They will hear your experiences, any relevant medical history, and then will guide you on the recommended next steps.

Step 2: 8-week online healing program
This program offers a safe space to heal vaginismus by focusing on both mind and body. We’ll release emotional blocks, relax the pelvic floor, and connect with pleasure. Join women's support circles, and partners can attend optional sessions. It's a step-by-step journey to feeling confident and comfortable in your.
